12 Ways to Get Clients for Your Concierge Business

12 Ways to Get Clients for Your Concierge Business

June is here my friend!!

And let me tell you, this first week has been HOT in the Northeast.  Like toast-your-feet-on-the-sand kinda hot.

A full school year wrapped up (hallelujah!!), and me and my fam? We’re officially on vacation mode!

We chose to stay put this year no hopping on planes or living out of suitcases. Because when you own a beach house, the ocean comes to you.

No schlepping beach chairs. No loading up coolers. Just toes in the sand, snacks in hand, and my hairdryer collecting dust.

So while I was prepping this newsletter last week, one thing came through loud and clear:

You are NOT alone.

And YES you can do this.

This was not my life 11 years ago when I kissed my nursing scrubs goodbye and leaped into entrepreneurship.

Honestly, I had no clue what “entrepreneurship” even meant. I thought it was a fancy word for “rich people with no jobs” LOL. (No joke.)

But I did know two things:

  1. I love people

  2. I love helping

So I followed those breadcrumbs, and here we are.

And while I sit poolside (or maybe beachside depends on the breeze), I pulled together this quick + powerful checklist to help you start attracting clients today.

Whether you’re launching a senior concierge business or looking to grow the one you’ve got this one’s for YOU.

12 Ways to Get Clients for Your Concierge Business

  1. Tell everyone you know
I mean everyone. Your neighbor, the mail carrier, your dentist. Referrals come from surprising places.

  2. Blogging
Like this! Writing builds trust and positions you as the go-to expert. (Need more help? Check out Business Marketing 101).

  3. Social Media
Love it or hate it your ideal clients are scrolling. Be where they are and speak their language.

  4. Email Marketing
Your list = your goldmine. Serve them with value, not just sales.

  5. Your Website
Make sure it answers: who you help, how, and why YOU are the one. Need a boost? Peek at Best Website Platform for Business.

  6. Warm Letters
These are magic. Reach out to your warm circle those who already know, like, and trust you.

  7. Educate about your services
Don’t assume people “get it.” Break it down. Explain how your services help aging adults stay independent.

  8. Online Groups & Forums
Jump into convos, share tips, and become known as the local expert.

  9. Business Listings & Review Sites
Get on Google Business, Yelp, and Caring.com. Reviews build trust.

  10. Ask for Referrals
Make it easy and ask. People want to help, they just need a nudge. Here’s how: Want More Referrals? Here’s How.

  11. Make Videos
A quick video showing how you help seniors with errands or companionship can go a LONG way.

  12. Joint Partnerships
Connect with senior centers, estate planners, or elder law attorneys. Help them help their clients win-win!

Whew!! I know that’s a lot. Some of this you may already be doing. Others might be totally new to you.

But here’s what I do know:

When you go all in, and DECIDE your dream is worth it everything changes.

Clients, money, and meaningful IMPACT are waiting for you.

It all starts with your willingness to show up

And if you’re wondering how to apply all this to a senior concierge business, that’s exactly what we’re diving into during next week’s FREE “Get More Clients” Challenge.
