1.General Terms and Conditions
Please read and understand the following terms and conditions as they are binding between you and The Concierge Academy LLC.
By accessing this web site, you are also agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Site Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on The Concierge Academy, LLC’s web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on The Concierge Academy LLC;

Further, The Concierge Academy LLC does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
4. Refund Policy
By signing up/enrolling in any Training, Product or Service, you acknowledge and agree that The Concierge Academy is not responsible for your results, earnings, future earnings as a result of our Training, Product or Service or give professional/legal advice. Your results in your business will be completely dependent on your understanding of the material and your effort to apply it. If paying by credit/debit card, you give The Concierge Academy permission and authorization to automatically charge your credit or debit card as payment for your Trainings, Products, or Services for which you will receive an electronic receipt. If you purchase Training, Products, or Services using our payment plan option, you agree to pay the initial payment to secure your participation and also agree to begin payments on the date specified on the enrollment form. By using the enrollment form, you give The Concierge Academy permission and authorization to automatically charge your credit/debit card every thirty (30) days until all payments are completed. If your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made through The Concierge Academy are non-refundable.
In the event that payment is not received by the date due, you will have a seven (7) day grace period to make the payment otherwise the Training, Product or Services will not continue. If you fail to make payment in a timely manner in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or voluntarily decide to withdraw from our Program, Training, Products or Services at any time or for any reason whatsoever, you still will remain fully responsible for the full cost of the Program Trainings, Products and/or Services.
When you purchase any Program Training, Product or Services, the information provided and obtained as part of the transaction, such as your credit card number and contact information, may be collected by both the third-party merchant and by us. A merchant may have privacy and data collection practices that are different from ours. We have no responsibility or liability for the merchant’s independent policies.
You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you. You agree to purchase and use our Program Trainings, Products or Services for legitimate purposes only in compliance with these Terms of Use. You also agree not to make any purchases for speculative, false or fraudulent purposes. You release us and our affiliates from any damages that you incur and agree not to assert any claims against us or them, arising from your purchase or use of our Program Trainings, Products or Services.
5. Lifetime Access Program
This program is designed to offer long-term benefits to enrolled users without a predetermined expiration date. Specifically “Lifetime Access” means for as long as the program itself exists. When program will no longer be supported, notice will be sent in advance to enrolled members. Lifetime access currently guaranteed through 2024 and 2025.
No refunds are offered whether you participate in programs resources or not.
6. Limitations
In no event shall The Concierge Academy LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on The Concierge Academy, LLC’s Internet site, even if The Concierge Academy LLC or a The Concierge Academy LLC authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
7. Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on The Concierge Academy LLC’s web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The Concierge Academy LLC does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. We do not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

The Concierge Academy LLC has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by The Concierge Academy LLC of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user’s own risk.

The Concierge Academy LLC may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions.
10. Governing Law
Any claim relating to The Concierge Academy LLC’s web site or Event shall be governed by the laws of the US State of Idaho without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Currency
All sales are in US Dollars. Any differences in conversion rates at the time of purchase or refund are the responsibility of the Buyer. The Concierge Academy is not responsible for any differences in conversion rates incurred on the part of the Buyer.
By using and/or purchasing any of our Subscription Training Programs, Products, and Services, you understand and agree that all sales are final after seven days and no refunds will be provided for any reason. All of the terms of this Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to all copyright, trademark, and intellectual property rights, remain indefinitely.
