This week as we start the new year, I wanted to share with you some of the tools my team and I use to prepare – plan – and then EXECUTE on our annual goals.
But before I get to that…
I’m sure I’m not the first person to wish you a Happy New Year. But here I am wishing you the most amazing – loving – connected AND prosperous New Year!
I’ve been hiding out doing a mix of family fun and some behind the scenes prep and planning work for 2019. ?
This past weekend my hubby took the kids and I into NY to see Wicked!! I saw it years ago but have wanted soooo much to take the kids to see it!! The only downside was that my oldest left Saturday on a trip with his peeps to Costa Rica for the New Year!
In addition to Wicked, I then whisked my hubby down to Atlantic City the next day to see a band we love – Breaking Benjamin. ?
Then last night we hung out with a group of friends to ring in the New Year!
Now today, my hubby is back to work – so I’m cramming in a mix of sleeping in with a little busy work!!
How do YOU spend that weird week between Christmas and the New Year??
Do you feel like you’re walking around in circles?? I know I OFTEN feel that way!
But now, I get to whip out my colored markers and my 4-foot calendar and start planning!! (I’m such a calendar geek).
So as I mentioned, I wanted to share with you some of the tools my team and I use to run a multiple six-figure concierge business.
One of my MUST HAVE planning tools!! Dun dun dun…
My wall calendar lol!
Here’s a direct Amazon link to the actual wall calendar I use! https://amzn.to/2rYKk4I
In addition to a big wall calendar, other ways I prepare for the New Year are:
- Color coded calendar
- Shared calendar with my team
- Asana for Project Management and systems
- Google Drive for shared files
- A paper planner (I use the Full Focus Planner and have it auto-delivered every quarter – here’s an affiliate link you can use to order your own – https://bit.ly/2ETru7y)
But truly the most important part of my planning is my 10 STEP Strategic Planning Framework.
When I first started out in business, I set some goals every year. But I never thought them through the way I do now.
Now – I actually map out each and every goal – AND the plan to achieving those goals.
Then I take all that information and use the tools I listed above to ensure I stay on TRACK!
I’m gearing up for the Strategic Planning Day for Concierge, Personal Assistants and Professional Organizers being held next week on Jan 10th as a virtual workshop!
Many of those that have already signed up have started the pre-work!
But don’t fret!!
If you’ve been on the edge trying to decide whether you want to join me or not – you can still sign up today!! But this will be my last email inviting you to participate – Cool??
All you have to do is follow this Paypal link – It’s only $99 for the training, the workbooks, the full day virtual workshop PLUS a bonus follow up call scheduled for Feb 7th. ?
I know doing something like this can be scary – but I promise – I hold your hand the entire time. ?
OK, if you’re already registered – FABULOUS!! Keep working on the pre-work I sent you last week.
If you’re not registered here’s your chance to start off 2019 on the right foot! https://bit.ly/2GIKur2
OK …
Here’s to a NEW YEAR with an upleveled life and business!
