Why I said no and gave up …
This week I want to share a story with you that was the beginning of a NEW way of thinking and a new decision-making process I started using about four years ago.
But first, I want to ask you a question.
Have you ever had to make a decision that felt soooo scary to say NO to?
Or perhaps it was a scary decision you needed to say YES to; one that would pull you INTO your NEXT version of your future??
Often times our decisions are made from our EGO (the headspace), but we all know that the ego makes decisions based on KEEPING you in the SAME comfortable space you’ve been living in. OR it tries to keep you from “rocking the boat.” The EGO likes things to stay status quo.
When we allow our feelings to pull us forward into the BEST decision for ourselves – it’s often VERY scary, because we see it as leaving behind what was “known” and moving into the UNKNOWN.
