But what I DO KNOW with every fiber of my being … is that “building relationships” and “connecting” with others never goes out of STYLE! ?
Last month I ran a 4 week course, where I helped 20 concierges from all over the world shift their marketing and their mindset around what it MEANS to show up for their clients AND their community during these CoVid “shutdown” times…
As a matter of fact, one of my students who’s been part of the Concierge Academy for 2 years now, had shared with us that she had one her “busiest months” ever! ? Can she get a hand clap?? ??
But sadly what I’m also seeing in the market is a LOT of people who have pretty much just STOPPED marketing, or even worse is they’re still marketing the way they did “before” ☹
It was an amazing 4 weeks!! And the people who were part of it did things they NEVER would have done on their own.
They acted on things they were afraid to do.
We had people doing their VERY FIRST FB live!
We had people recommitting to their social media outreach.
We had people come up with BRAND new ideas they never thought of before.
New partnerships were created.
They added more “creative marketing” to their wheelhouse…
I mean – I was SOOOO proud of the shifts they made and the clarity they found XO
