Marketing your Concierge Business
Learn how increasing your brand’s awareness helps with marketing your concierge business.
As you begin to market your concierge business, at first, you’ll start out focusing on grassroots marketing – such as networking and coffee dates. Having conversions with local influences and referral partners.
But your marketing also needs to be visible in a bigger way if you want to be “top of mind.” So today I want to talk about marketing your concierge business through brand awareness.
Last week I was at a ‘lunch & learn’ for a local digital marketing and web development company. As the speaker was doing his presentation, point after point, I was nodding my head – up and down.
In my head, I was literally screaming “PREACH IT” (LOL)!!
What they were talking about is what I have always done. I have always made marketing my concierge business focus number one, each and every day. And the way I know it works is when we get phone calls weekly that sound like, “so and so told me to call you.”
Or
“I was looking you up online and then a friend of mine said they’ve heard about you.”
Or
“I was asking someone who I should call, and my best friend said she used your services and then I remembered I saw an article about you about a year ago.”
All this is just PROOF that when you market consistently, you will naturally and effectively build BRAND AWARENESS!
The 4 ways to increase your brand awareness as part of marketing your concierge business.
1. Having a strong social media presence
Who are your ideal clients and where do they hang out? That’s where you should focus. Don’t get caught up wasting time on the wrong social media platforms.
2. A well-established website with a clear and simple call to action (on each page)
Your website should tell a story. Not your story – but the story of your ideal client. What do THEY need? Speak to them as if they were right in FRONT of you!
3. Creating digital written content that highlights and explains your business
One thing most people forget about is educating the marketplace. It’s one of the CORE marketing strategies we cover in depth at CALive and in my online training programs. Use the written word in an informative way so that people have a painted picture of what you “really” do.
4. Email marketing
This is a more advanced strategy and one I teach after my students have a solid foundation started because I do NOT want them to get distracted by shiny objects!!
But once you’ve got the basics covered (you’re networking, building relationships and connecting with other local influencers), adding email marketing into your marketing plan is an easy and ideal way (when done correctly) to educate people about you, your company and your services over the long haul.
So – how do you feel you are doing in your marketing? Do you feel confident about it? Do you feel a little wishy-washy??
If you’re still struggling to really get the word out – and make consistent money – come join us at CALive this year!! We only have about 8 seats left. This is ONLY for people who are READY to truly ramp up their marketing and get really clear on their business vision.
