The 3 Phases of Growing Your Concierge Business
Let’s talk about something most business owners don’t realize until it’s cost them YEARS of spinning wheels…
When I hosted Spark Live, I realized why so many amazing, heart-led entrepreneurs like YOU were feeling so dang stuck.
Most people are working from the wrong stage of business.
Meaning… you’re doing things for a business you want instead of building from the business you have.
That one realization changed everything.
So today, I want to lay it all out and show you what you actually need to focus on based on where you are right now in your journey to build a profitable senior concierge business.
Let’s go through the 3 Phases…
1. Start-Up Stage
This is when you’re just getting out of the gate. You’re figuring out your niche, deciding what services make the most sense, who your ideal client is (spoiler alert: it’s NOT everyone), and getting your pricing model in place.
I know it’s tempting to start designing logos or playing around with websites…
But in this phase, the ONLY things that matter are:
Getting your name out there
Attracting your very first clients
Clarity + action = momentum.
Create a simple offer, easy pricing, and go meet people. Don’t hide behind your laptop. You gotta open your mouth and share what you do.

2. Emerging Stage
You’re in it now. You’ve got a few clients under your belt but let’s be honest, it still feels like you’re guessing every step of the way.
You’re probably doing what I call “spaghetti marketing.” Throwing random things out and praying one sticks.
This phase is all about:
Creating a consistent, repeatable marketing system
Learning to stop dabbling and start mastering
You don’t need to be everywhere. You don’t need to be fancy. You need ONE strategy that WORKS… and the discipline to stick to it.

3. Advanced Stage
You’re makin’ money! You’ve likely passed $75K (or you’re close). You know what works. But you’re tired. You’re maxed out.
This is when you shift from being the doer of everything to being the leader of a team.
Yep, this is where you scale.
And yet, this is where so many get stuck. Why?
Because you’re trying to grow using the same habits that built your early business. But that dog don’t hunt anymore, friend.
In this phase, you MUST:
Let go of control
Build a team that supports your strengths
Scale what’s already working

Emerging? Find a proven marketing system and stick to it.
