When I first started my business back in 2010, I was NOT the business owner you see before you now. Far from it. I was overwhelmed, underprepared, and just hoping I hadn’t made the biggest mistake of my life.

Do a full “needs assessment” what do they need done now, what’s not working, and what’s on their list?
Have them fill out a new client intake form to get details on their household, lifestyle, and preferences.
Create a relevant client file: birthdays, pets, preferred snacks, flowers, important contacts this makes client appreciation EASY.
Gather task-related info: keys, codes, storage spaces, grocery preferences, vendor lists.
Review your business policies so there are no surprises.
Collect payment information and provide proof of insurance.
