My Favorite Free Resources for Concierge Businesses

My Favorite Free Resources for Your Concierge Biz

Last week, I threw a little something fun for my amazing members in the 100K Club and the Fully Booked Business Club   a Summer Resource Party

I wanted to create something that felt like “let’s hang out, sip cocktails, and swap life + biz hacks,” and that’s exactly what we did. We laughed, connected, and shared some of the free resources we can’t live without!

So this week, I thought… why keep it a secret?

Let’s share the love with YOU too   especially if you’re working on how to start a senior concierge business or already running one and looking to stretch that budget while keeping things professional and pretty.

Because let’s be real: when you’re just getting started, every little resource helps   and free is fabulous.

Royalty-Free Image Resources I Love

There’s SO much to do when launching and growing your business   from branding and marketing to choosing what services to offer. It can feel like you’re spinning plates 24/7.

So here’s one thing you can take off your stress list: finding high-quality, free (or budget-friendly) images that make your content and brand look polished.

Before I share my fave resources, a few quick tips:

Kelly’s Quick Tips:

  1. Always read the fine print – Make sure you’re using images in line with copyright rules. Even free images have terms.

  2. Free is great   but invest wisely – I love free, but I also believe that any image on your website (especially homepage or services page) should be paid and high-quality. Save the free stuff for social media posts or blog headers.

Our Go-To Photo + Design Resources:

Whether you’re creating a lead magnet, social post, or a “get to know me” blog… here are some resources to bookmark now.

  • Pexels – Great for modern, stylish lifestyle photos.

  • Pixabay – A wide variety of photos and illustrations.

  • Unsplash – Super high-res photos, perfect for blogs and inspirational posts.

  • Shutterstock – Paid, but amazing quality. (Great if you want to invest a little.)

  • DepositPhotos – They offer promos like $100 for 100 images. I grab this deal once a year and I’m set!

  • Canva – Amazing design platform with free templates (upgrade to Pro if you want even more).

  • WordSwag App – A fun little phone app for adding text to images. Great for quote graphics or service promos on-the-go.

Want more ideas like this? I go deeper into my favorite tools in this post where I share the 5 tools I use to run my concierge business each week.

Using these free tools saves you time and energy, so you can spend more hours helping your clients stay independent and age in place with dignity   and less time scrolling for the right photo.

In fact, if you’re still figuring out your niche or how to market your services, check out my post on how concierge businesses can use AI   it’s full of great ideas to help you automate and simplify tasks in your biz.

One More Thing Before You Go…

If you haven’t grabbed a copy of my book, The Concierge Life, what are you waiting for?!

It’s hands-down the best book available (yep, I said it!) for anyone starting or growing a personal concierge or senior concierge business. Whether you’re full-time, part-time, or still in planning mode   this book will help you skip the guesswork and get straight to what works.

Also, if you’re struggling to pick the right service offerings or how to make your services profitable, read this next: Choosing the Right Services in Your Concierge Business. You’ll thank me later.

Wrapping It Up

Building a successful concierge business  especially one that serves aging adults or busy families   doesn’t mean you have to spend thousands out the gate.

These free tools and photo resources have helped me (and my students) look professional, stay organized, and get visible online   even in the early days when every dollar counted.

Keep it simple. Use what works. And don’t forget to laugh a little while you do it.

If this was helpful, I’ve got tons more for you! Stick around, or better yet get on the list so you never miss a tip, tool, or Kelly-style truth bomb again.
