Discover the Key Phases of Concierge Business Growth and Proven Strategies to Get More Clients
If you’re trying to grow your personal concierge business—or any personal service business—you’ve probably felt that frustrating gap between working hard and actually getting more clients.
You’ve done the research, watched the YouTube videos, made long to-do lists…
But the results still aren’t showing up the way you’d hoped.
Here’s why: Most service providers are using strategies that don’t match the stage of business they’re actually in.
Whether you’re just starting or have a few clients under your belt, knowing which phase you’re in is the key to creating consistent income and growth.
I wish someone had told me this when I was starting out…
Early in my business, I joined a high-level mastermind filled with entrepreneurs who were years ahead of me. They had teams, polished websites, and five-figure months.
So, naturally, I tried to do what they were doing…
✨ $1000/month software I didn’t need
✨ Hired help before I should have
✨ Filled my website with freebies to “list build”
✨ Tried to build big “value stack” packages before I had consistent clients
A business coach at the time told me to “blur the lines of the hourly rate” and create a bundled package with a fancy price tag.
It’s the kind of structure I use now for my Fully Booked Business Club—where the $2500 enrollment includes a full year of support, 48 coaching calls, 12 live workshops, and my complete marketing framework wrapped up in a bow.
But back then?
It made ZERO sense for my personal concierge clients… all it did was confuse them..
It backfired.
That’s why I’m always preaching about what you ACTUALLY need to be doing VS what everyone else says to do … They are not the same..
Here’s what to focus on in the first 2 phases of building your concierge business… there’s a third phase – but that’s for another day…
Concierge Business: Start-Up Stage
(The Foundation Phase)
You’re just getting started and figuring out your niche, who your ideal clients really are, and what makes your services valuable.
At this stage, you don’t need complicated strategies. You need clients.
Focus on two things:
- Getting your name out there.
- Pricing your services so it’s easy for people to say YES.
Forget about being on four social media platforms.
Skip the CRM.
Spend your time talking to people, building real relationships, and letting them know how you can help.
If you’re here, ask yourself…
- Do I clearly know who I serve and what problem I solve?
- Are my services priced in a way that feels like a no-brainer to the right people?
- Am I consistently putting myself in rooms (virtual or in-person) where my ideal clients and referral partners spend time?
If not… start here. You don’t need anything more complicated. You need more connection.
Concierge Business: Emerging Stage
(The Consistency & Confidence Phase)
You’ve landed a few clients… maybe even a great one. But now you’re wondering… How do I make this happen again—and again—on purpose?
This isn’t about waiting for a lucky referral.
It’s about building a repeatable marketing system that brings reliable, steady client flow.
Focus on…
- Getting crystal clear on who your ideal clients are and what they really want
- Developing a simple marketing plan you can stick with—no more dabbling
- Finding high-return networking events and partnerships that put you in front of the right people
- Knowing how to talk about your services in a way that makes people think… I need this!
In the Emerging Phase, marketing isn’t something you “try when you have time”—it’s a skill you commit to mastering.
And here’s the truth most people avoid…
If you don’t learn how to market, you’ll always wonder where your next client is coming from.
If this spoke to you… keep an eye out!
My Get More Clients Summer Series kicks off this July, and it’s the only time this year I’ll be guiding a live group through the practical marketing actions that help you consistently find and book more clients. You’ll also be learning alongside some of my most successful students—which means you’ll gain insights not just from me, but from those already building thriving businesses.
Early bird registration opens in late June for $497.
