Sell More Concierge Services – Without Using a Sales Script
Inside my coaching group, Fully Booked Business Club, we recently had a real-talk moment about sales calls.
Several of our members confessed to downloading (or even purchasing) sales call scripts at some point in their business — hoping they’d finally figure out how to “say the right thing” and get more clients.
But what do they find instead?
❌ The scripts felt weird and clunky
❌ They sounded like someone else — not like themselves
❌ And worst of all… they didn’t lead to more clients
That’s because most of those “scripts” were built for a totally different kind of business — using bro-marketing tactics focused on pressure and pain-points. Honestly it’s just weird and gross.
That approach doesn’t work when you’re selling relational, trust-based services — like personal concierge support, errand-running, senior services, or organizing.
So, I taught them a better way — my sales call process.
And in this post, I want to share the structure with you — because when you lead your sales conversations with clarity, calm energy, and confidence… people feel it.
And then – they say yes!!
✅ What a Heart-Led Concierge Sales Call Looks Like
This works whether you’re brand new, pivoting, or almost fully booked. You don’t need the perfect pitch. You just need a grounded way to lead the conversation.
1. Be Present Before You Pick Up the Phone
Sales calls don’t go well when you’re distracted or multitasking.
Be grounded. Be ready. Respect your own time and energy.
Don’t answer the call while you’re trying to get 3 kids into the house after you just returned from the playground. (ask me how I know)
2. Open with Curiosity + Care
Instead of that typical – “why did you decide to look for help today” or the good ole “And what will it feel like if you don’t solve this problem” 🤮
Start naturally with:
“I’m so glad we’re talking — just curious, how did you find me?”
It breaks the ice and gives you marketing feedback (Google? Referral? Local group?).
3. Ditch the Script — Lead With Curiosity
Instead of memorizing a rigid script or asking forced questions you found online, focus on genuine curiosity.
Ask questions that:
- Help you understand what’s really going on in their life
- Invite them to describe what kind of support they’re looking for
- Help them get specific about what they’d love your help with — whether it’s something they don’t have time for or something they simply don’t want to deal with anymore
When your questions feel natural — and are rooted in connection — the conversation just flows.
You’ll both leave the call feeling more clear and confident… whether they say yes now or later.
4. Recommend Based on Fit — Not Fear
Once you understand what they need, recommend what actually fits.
Not what’s your biggest package. Not what’s cheapest. Just what’s best for them.
Confidence sells. Too many options are confusing.
For example: I had someone tell me they wanted to join the 100K Club – I could have totally said “sure” and let them enroll. But they were brand new and even though they had a couple clients, their business foundation was rocky + they didn’t know how to market consistently. They needed FBBC NOT 100K. So I would never “sell” someone the biggest package. I “offer” what I think they need most. YOU do the same!
5. Be Clear on Pricing
Keep your pricing visible so you can quote calmly.
No backpedaling, undercutting, or rambling.
When you’re confident and clear, people feel safe saying yes.

6. Follow Up With Heart
You don’t have to chase anyone. But you do want to close the loop.
“Just wanted to check in — did you find help for your dad?”
That genuine moment might not lead to a sale now, but it builds trust that pays off later.

Selling concierge services isn’t about learning how to “pitch.”
It’s about showing up grounded, clear, and confident in what you offer.
