How’s the start of your New Year going?? We at Task Complete are actively moving our large Quarter-1 projects forward! It’s exciting and also at times difficult because no one really likes change! But we do it because we know that our explosive growth and NEXT evolution of business and success is on the other side of this new found “comfort zone”.
As I mentioned last week – one of the big things people do when they “plan” for the New Year in relation to their business goals, is set financial goals! Great!!
Sometimes those goals are “ass goals”, but sometimes – they are TOTALLY doable!! But only if you do this ONE important thing!
The ONE thing above all others is simply doing what you haven’t been committed to or been brave enough to do in the past. ?
Simple? Yes – Easy?– Hells no!! That’s why so many people stay stuck.
We’ve all heard the old saying that goes “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.” But what does that really mean?
What it means is that if you don’t change things up in your business, in your marketing, in your approach etc. – then you WILL NOT have the exponential growth that you say you want.
Even for me – what worked for the 1st two years in my business was great – YES, my business grew! But then, I needed to bring on my 1st team member.
Had I not “changed” up my approach – I wouldn’t have doubled my business that year – because the reality is, I was maxed out. And doing things the “same ole way” would NOT have moved the business forward and caused explosive growth. Does that make sense?
And even last year – we knew that there were areas in our marketing that we needed to “tweak” and make improvements on. THIS is the ONE thing that will bring you exponential growth this year!
Like most other business owners, in the beginning, I didn’t really plan for growth. Instead, I responded to opportunities as they came. I pretty much said YES to everything – and that did serve me well! But then I needed to learn to PLAN for the explosive growth that I wanted to achieve and experience. That’s when I had to “do” the things I was never willing to do or just didn’t “get to” in the past.
That’s how CA Live came to be – August 2016 – I knew it was time to realllly shake things up a bit; to really put myself out there. To commit to my students and other concierges around the world BY putting a “LIVE EVENT” on my project list for the year. And it was EPIC!!!
