We all know that the only way to get clients is through proactive marketing, right?? So, these tips are all about being proactive!! What could you be DOING now to increase sales this holiday season?

1. Offer Gift Certificates

By offering gift certificates – you give people the opportunity to gift the one thing most people need more of – TIME! A GC for personal concierge services is a versatile gift that is a GREAT idea for those time starved individuals that are hard to buy for. PLUS – this is a great way to be introduced to NEW customers and clients.

2. Appreciate All Of Your Clients – Send a Holiday Card

Instead of waiting until Dec 22nd to send a card, send your clients a card now wishing them each “Happy Holidays”. Clients love to know they’re appreciated. People who feel appreciated and cared for genuinely want to do MORE business with you.

3. Offer something FREE

A strategy that worked for us years ago – was FREE Gift wrap! For clients who hired us to do their gift wrapping, we threw in the wrapping supplies for free! What can you offer for FREE as a fun little bonus that won’t cost you all of your profit?
